Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the property for your safety. You may smoke outside in the garden area.
Before leaving the house, please make sure that: • All electrical appliances are switched off • The iron is unplugged • Air conditioners are turned off • All windows are properly closed
Our home is fully insured. However, leaving electrical devices or air conditioners on while the house is unattended may invalidate the insurance coverage.
In accordance with Turkish law, all guests must be registered through the official KBS system. For this reason, only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the home. Visitors or additional guests who are not registered are not permitted.
Satellite TV is available. You can log in to your personal accounts for streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and YouTube. Please do not change the TV settings.
A dedicated cabinet has been provided for the pans. To protect the non-stick coating, please avoid stacking the pans directly on top of each other.
The air conditioning filters are cleaned and checked before each new guest. We regularly maintain the air conditioning system to ensure clean and healthy air during your stay.
Please do not leave food or rubbish in the garden, as it may attract insects.The rubbish container is located across the street at the beginning of the road.We kindly ask you to dispose of your rubbish before check-out.
If you need assistance with the washing machine or dishwasher programs, please feel free to contact us.
Please do not dispose of paper towels, sanitary pads, nappies, wet wipes, or any other waste in the toilet.
If you would like periodic cleaning service during your stay at an extra charge, we will try to organise it for you. Please specify your request in advance.
