The house is very comfortable and the living space is well distributed. It has a lovely patio full of planta and flowers that give it a unique vibe. Everything is new, everything works. Serdar was very helpful and responsive throughout our 1-month stay, giving us recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and to-dos. Turgutreis’teki bu evde geçirdiğimiz konaklama oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Konum olarak denize ve merkeze çok yakın, aynı zamanda oldukça sakin ve huzurlu bir bölgede. Ev, fotoğraflardan bile daha güzel; tertemiz, zevkli döşenmiş ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey düşünülmüş. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi, her konuda yardımcı oldu. Bodrum’da konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. 3 ayrı yatak odası olması geniş aile için ayrıca tercih sebebimiz oldu. Evdeki tüm eşyalar yeni ve temizdi. Serdar's property is like home from home. The location is great for the town and shops and restaurants. Serdar made us feel very welcome and the kitchen is very well equipped, with tea and coffee available on arrival, and he and his wife made us feel at home in the town. We were staying on our boat in the Marina, and we needed some extra space for family, including a baby. The location is a level walk of a few minutes to the Marina.I highly recommend this accommodation, and would use again when in the area. The house is heated ( we were there in February during a cool sunny spell), and has Aircon for the hot months. Local cafés and restaurants and bakers are brilliant. The space was perfect. It's exactly as described. Spacious, tidy, clean, well equipped and well maintained. The location is great, near the marina yet very quiet and peaceful. The beds and furniture are very comfortable.Serdar is an amazing host, before, during and after. He's very kind, responsive and quick, helping out with everything. thanks to serdar’s hospitality and his wonderful apartment, my family and I had an unforgettable vacation in tugutreis. Very convenient location, 5 min walking to sea side and supermarkets. Amazing family vacation ☺ Very nice host, always quick to respond to quesitons. Nice quite area but also close to the shops and centre. Villa was very spacious and clean. With high ceilings and a good vibe. I guarantee everyone a pleasent stay.
