I highly recommend staying here! Serdar was an amazing host, very helpful, responsive, and proactive with anything we needed, whether it was recommendations, help booking a car, or anything else. He truly helped make our trip excellent!The house itself was brand new, beautiful, clutter-free, and incredibly relaxing. Das Haus sieht live besser aus als auf den Fotos. Alles war super sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Man kann Fussläufig sehr viel unternehmen. Wir waren Familie mit Kleinkind und hatten es sehr einfach zum Strand, Marina oder zum Spielplatz. Serdar war sehr nett und total hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe klappte reibungslos und er hat uns total viele Tipps gegeben. Wir bedanken uns sehr und würden auch jederzeit nochmal dorthin gehen und es weiterempfehlen.

Fijn verblijf gehad! Serdar was vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De villa was schoon en de locatie was top. Bij het uitchecken kregen wij nog een heerlijke cake mee van gebakken door Serdars vrouw voor onze lange autorit naar Istanbul. Great location, villa and host!!Villa is only 10-15 walk to the beach/promenade where you have a wide range of great restaurants.Host was extremely friendly and responsive. We had such a great stay here!! The place was pretty clean, well-equipped, and everything felt high quality. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the furniture was modern and in really good condition. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which we really appreciated. It also feels very private since the houses aren’t right on top of each other. The surrounding nature with fruit trees on the streets and waking up to the bird sounds feels amazing, while still being conveniently close to the city center. You can walk to the marina, shops, and coffeeshops in about 5–10 minutes. There are multiple grocery stores in walking distance. Serdar Bey was a wonderful host. He was always responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. He really made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend staying here, and I’d happily come back again!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with a convenient location close to the city center of Turgutreis. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, we were surprised by the high electricity charges, which we had assumed would be included in the rental rate. Notre séjour chez Serdar a été excellent. Il a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous conseiller sur les activités et restaurants de la région. Il nous a également donner des conseils pour la suite de notre voyage en Turquie. Serdar est vraiment un hôte de qualité tout comme sa maison, très confortable, propre et spacieuse, où rien ne manque. Le quartier est très calme et facilement accessible. Amazing family vacation
☺ Very nice host, always quick to respond to quesitons. Nice quite area but also close to the shops and centre.
Villa was very spacious and clean. With high ceilings and a good vibe. I guarantee everyone a pleasent stay.
